Posbi Invasion and Subscription Information

By now it seems likely that Posbi Invasion will not be printed. It also seems clear that VPM will not allow publication of material to satisfy the original subscriptions.

For those that require it, I will offer refunds. But I ask that you do not request them.

Vector Enterprises ran out of funds a long time ago. Any refunds will come out of my own pocket. Issuing refunds would be a significant drain on my personal finances.

I understand the fans’ annoyance with not receiving what you paid for. I am frustrated myself to not be allowed to fulfill! Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change the situation.
