Check out the Perry Rhodan World Communication Club. Their Homepage is bilingual (German and English) and they do a fanzine in English as well. Fill out a membership form and they will send you the English language fanzine automatically. Several issues of Intercom have been translated into English and are now online. Give it a look!
Take a look at VPM's Perry Rhodan Homepage (all in German). The graphics are phenomenal. This has been called the best Website in Germany. They also have a small English language section

As the original English language editor of Perry Rhodan, Forry is glad to see it come back and has some friendly things to say about it. Read his introduction to the upcoming issue!

Go the Homepage of the Arkonidisch-Deutscher Atlan Club (Arkonide-German Atlan Club). They have a fanzine that they may translate into English if there is enough interest.
Frank Schmidt's Balton's Place Website has some English language information on Perry Rhodan. Includes translation of some German language commentary from the Fidonet. Also includes a "best of Wolfgang" section for information provided by Wolfgang Kienberger.
Nils Hirseland's Terrania Online offers a Fanclub for Geman and English speaking Perry Rhodan fans. Nils has done detailed cycle summaries through #200 and thinks he will get the rest done by the time #1800 in English is ready! In the meantime Nils has put short summaries in for each cycle.
